By engaging our services you agree to these terms. **Services:** Uno Dos Cloud provides web development, Microsoft 365 consulting, and custom web applications as scoped in each proposal. **Payment:** A 50% upfront deposit is required to begin any project. The balance is due upon delivery. **Intellectual Property:** Upon full payment, the client owns all delivered code and design assets. **Warranty:** We offer 30 days of bug-fixes at no additional charge after final delivery. **Limitation of Liability:** We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our deliverables. **Governing Law:** These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico City, Mexico.
